H.M.F. Limited Executive OS
Terms of Use and End User Licence
Effective date: 8 August 2026
These terms apply to authorized use of the H.M.F. Limited Executive OS. The system is an internal management platform used by H.M.F. Limited for business administration, financial management, reporting, governance and decision support.
Licence and authorized use
H.M.F. Limited grants authorized users a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to access and use the Executive OS solely for approved H.M.F. Limited business purposes. Users must not share credentials, attempt to bypass access controls, extract secrets, interfere with security controls or use the system for an unauthorized purpose.
QuickBooks Online integration
The Executive OS may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit OAuth 2.0 to retrieve accounting information for internal financial-management functions. The integration is read-only by design and does not create, edit, delete, void or post accounting transactions in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Online remains the accounting system of record for data retrieved through the integration. Executive OS reports, analyses, reconciliations and management outputs do not by themselves constitute an audit opinion, statutory filing or independent professional assurance.
Financial information
Users are responsible for reviewing material financial information and supporting evidence before relying on it for accounting entries, statutory submissions, financing decisions or external reporting. Where Executive OS data conflicts with source accounting records or documentary evidence, the conflict should be investigated and resolved through the applicable financial-control process.
Third-party services
The Executive OS may depend on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and hosting or database infrastructure. Availability and operation of those third-party services are subject to their respective terms and technical conditions.
Suspension and termination
H.M.F. Limited may restrict or terminate access where required for security, governance, employment or operational reasons. An authorized user may disconnect QuickBooks from the Executive OS using the integration controls. Disconnecting revokes the Intuit OAuth authorization and removes the synchronized QuickBooks payload caches associated with the connection from the Executive OS, while leaving the underlying QuickBooks accounting records unchanged.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the Executive OS changes or as legal, security or platform requirements evolve. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current published version.
